Start your journey with Rainbow of Kids Academy. Please complete our comprehensive enrollment application to begin the process. Our nurturing environment is ready to support your child's growth and academic readiness.
Upon submission, your application will be reviewed by our administration. Please ensure all medical records and physical exams are provided within 30 days of your child's first day.

Submitting Required Enrollment Records
To comply with Florida health regulations and complete your enrollment at Rainbow of Kids Academy, we require the following documents for all children (from infants up to 12 years old):
- Florida Certificate of Immunization (Form 680)
- School Entry Health Exam (Form 3040)
These records must be submitted within 30 days of enrollment. You can upload clear photos or scans through our Fillable Enrollment Application, or email them directly to darlenelh1960@gmail.com.
